01/2023 1921 Census - We are pleased to announce that free access to the census records on the Findmypast website is now available at Kirby Hall. Please book a one-hour slot on our Findmypast PC by phoning 01603 763718 during the normal Kirby Hall opening hours.
01/2023 NFHS Website Library Index updates : Books and Articles, Family Pedigrees. Note: these indices refer to reference documents held at Kirby Hall
12/2022 Transcripts of parishes in the East Fenland region of Norfolk are now being uploaded to NORS. This is an ongoing project which will take several months to complete.
09/2022 NORS PARISH REGISTER TRANSCRIPTS The reviewed and amended transcripts of Norwich parish registers are now available online for members. In addition, some new transcripts have been uploaded for Norwich.
